"If I only knew then what I know now..." How many times have you found yourself wishing you possessed the knowledge and experience you've developed over the years when you first started your career? What would you have done differently? Would you have taken more risks? Networked more? Worried less? While there's no way (yet) to travel back in time for a do-over, your perspective can be greatly beneficial to librarians new to the profession who hope to be managers, or new managers just figuring out their path.

All library managers and aspiring managers are invited to join the LLSDC Law Library Managers group for a virtual roundtable discussion centered around the topic of lessons we have learned over the years. This will be our first meeting and an opportunity to get to know each other. After brief introductions, the group will be invited to casually discuss this theme via a series of moderated questions.
